The high quality Magnelis ZM310 lining used in the production of silos shows resistance to stress and corrosion. The galvanized coating standard of the specially produced sheets used in the production of our silos is 600gr/m². Galvanized coating rate varies according to customers’ requests. GRAIN STORAGE SILOS
The exterior floor consists of a single piece of galvanized sheet metal, the interior floor consists of two overlapping doors. If the grain occupancy rate in the silo exceeds the entry door on the side wall of the silo, the observation deck on the roof provides access to the windshield wipers.
The temperature control system used in Eguski silos allows us to detect hot spots and insect activity, saving our customers the hassle of reloading grain conditions into the monitor. Eguski’s temperature control system consists of thermal cables, temperature sensors placed inside the cables that measure grain temperature, and portable or fixed temperature monitors. There are special steel cords in the heating cables that protect the cables from elongation. The heat control system is combined with the PLC to control the grain temperature in the silo as well as the Pleura.
